The Senior Network Engineers will ideally possess 4+ years of strong technical experience with Certified on CCNP/CCNA in the areas of routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, NOC, firewall, monitoring tools, Solar Winds, ticketing tools and network Data Center Technologies. The candidate should have good attitude and Team/Customer handling skill. Experience with security products from vendors such as Checkpoint, Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco and other leading security brands.
1. Manage and maintain enterprise level LAN/WAN networks.
2. Configuration and management of core devices, Routers, LAN Switches, Firewall, Wireless Controllers & Access Point.
3. Monitoring of local and remote networks consists of heterogeneous types of devices.
4. Analysis and troubleshooting of networking and performance issues in physical and logical networks.
5. Understanding and resolving real-time problems reported by local and remote users.
6. Follow the helpdesk processes and SLAs while handling trouble tickets.
7. Reporting and documentation of daily networks and performance issues.
8. Provide on-call support during weekends if needed.
