Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support network and windows services to ensure the highest standards of availability resilience, integrity, security, and performance required by users/businesses
2. Install, configure and maintain the network, manageable switch, normal switch, VLAN-configuration troubleshooting
3. Implement, maintain network design, creation, backups, and recovery
4. Manage installation, up-gradation, and maintenance of network systems
5. Manage the network, internet environments for multiple isp connections (lease line, broadband, and data cards)
6. Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
7. Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues that users encounter
8. Work on asset management procurement and inventory maintenance
9. Assist with high availability of network VPN connectivity
10. Set up user profiles, domains & workgroups
11. Set & monitor IP & other network traffic with firewalls

3. Should have relevant experience of 6 months to 1 year
