- Responsible for onsite customer maintenance including both hardware and software and customer satisfaction.
- The Field Support Engineer will perform account management activities such as installation planning, execution of cable laying and configuration management as needed to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work is performed in a strong team environment requiring
coordination and cooperation with other Field Service/Support Engineers.
