Job PURPOSE:-
IT Training is a major component to the organization structure. This role has a significant scope in training of involved candidates under various modes of one or more training programs.
Area of RESPONSIBILTY:- IT Training-In house and outreach training to candidates.
Required CREDENTIALS:-
1. Qualification:
- Any higher educational qualification.
- Must hold Certification in CCNA and CCNP.
2. Experience:
- One or more previous roles in Networking training with an experience of 1+ years.
- Working as part of a team.
3. Qualities:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Sound planning and organizational capabilities.
- Strong English and creative abilities.
- The ability to work in a team.
- The ability to interact and maintain positive relationships with all staff.
- Punctual, reliable and flexible.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- A practical and problem solving outlook when completing tasks.
