Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Generate and develop leads for fundraising through various sources such as direct marketing activities, marketing promotional activities, F2F, individual, home fundraising, acquisition of HNI's, open market sales, telecalling, cold calling through the database
2. Work on potential open calls through various platforms
3. Work on field sales sourcing business from existing customer base as well as fresh business
4. Engage in daily sales activities along with customer service and relationship building
5. Achieve individual productivity and given targets month on month ensuring business
6. Stay in line with the direct marketing initiatives and drive aggressively
7. Collect funds through individual donors
8. Work with colleagues, as and when required, to convert a relationship into proposal submission and funding MoUs
9. Take the lead in developing initial pitching documents to the identified donors, including grant proposals and concept notes
10. Maintaining relationships with donors for continued donations
11.Bachelor's degree from marketing field are required.
