Applications are invited from suitable candidates for filling up the following position at National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad against the DBT funded project entitled “Chicken or egg: Drivers of antimicrobial resistance in poultry in India”. PI: Dr. Nagendra R. Hegde.

3. Eligibility: PhD in Life Sciences (incl. Veterinary Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc.).
4. Desirable experience: Real-time PCR, antimicrobial resistance markers, microbial genomics, bacterial isolation.
5. Fellowship amount: Rs.47000/-PM +24% HRA (if applicable) as per the DST guidelines.
Age Limit:
35 years (Relaxation is admissible in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government instructions)
