Research Associate Biology job position in National Institute of Plant Genome Research (NIPGR)
Title : “Short-Term Research Fellowship”
Qualification : Candidates having a Ph. D. in Plant Molecular Biology/Plant Physiology/Plant Pathology/Plant Breeding & Genetics and strong publication record can apply. The candidate is expected to have experience in the area of plant-pathogen interaction and handling of large scale cDNA library construction, virus-induced gene silencing or related functional genomics tools to dissect plant defense responses. The project’s aim is to be ‘understanding wilt disease resistance mechanisms and Ralstonia solanacearum-drought stress interaction tomato’ and any other research work as per mandate of the Institute.
