Job Description
Eligibility :
- BE/BTech (Mechanical and Automobile Engineer) from 2015/ 16 batches with an aggregate of 60% and above in highest qualification.
Job Description :
1. General Points -
- Communication ability : Understand what other person is saying and make mutual discussion
- Scheduling ability : Make action plan, understand process till end, not only self situation and have sense of time
- Execute ability: Execute things as planned
- Responsibility : Complete things and think customer, company, other person. Make harmony
- Insight ability : understand esssence
- Report ability : understand things, report key points and understand what is being requested
- PC/ excel, word/ make document and print out
- Arrange, appoint, scheduling
- Make Invoice, purchase order
- Prepare Cash, bill, document handling and management
- Tax, accounting, monthly closing
2. Sales -
- Understanding of process and cost
- Understanding of drawing, specification and function
- Payment collection and pending payment management
- Gathering and understanding technical information from customer
- Gathering and understanding project milestone from customer
- And manage project, cooperate with persons"
- Sales planning, analysis, report making
- Gathering information for sales planning
- Making documents based on understanding of requirements
- Messanger between customer and company
- Arrange meeting with customer, making agenda, making appointment
- Negotiate price
- Negotiate timing of delivery
- Handle customer claim, research, massage, action
- Make and handle documents
