Department : Civil Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering /Mechanical Engineering/ Humanities & Social Science/ Electrical Engineering/ Mathematics/ Procluction Engineering/ Phvsics/ Chenical Engineering /Chemistry/ Electronics & Commnunication Engineering /MBA Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.

Candidates for admission in Ph.D programme in Engineering Departments must satisfy one of the following criteria: I. Masler's Degree in Engineering/ Technology or equivalent in an appropriate area with a rrinimum CGPA of 6.5 out ol 10 or equivalent (60% of marks) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Technology with an excellent academic record and with a CGPA of at least 9.0 out of 10 or equivalent (85% of marks) Candidates must have valid GATE, score. Candidates applying for adrnission in Ph.D programme of Chemical Engineering must have a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Technology or equivalent or Bio-Technology/ Bio-Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 out of 10 or equivalent (60% of marks) 

Candidates for admission for Ph.D programme in Science Department must satisfy the following criteria: I. Candidates for admission in Ph.D programme in Physics and Mathematics Departlrents must have a Master's degree in the relevant discipline with a CCPA of at least 6.0 out of 10 or equivalent (55% of marks). Candidates for admission in Ph.D programme in Chemistry Department must have a Master's degree in the relevant discipline or post graduate degree in Bio Engineering/ Bio-Chemistry with a CGPA of at least 6.0 out of 10 or equivalent (55% of marks).

Candidates for admission for Ph.D programme in Humanities & Social Science Department must satisfy one of the following criteria:  Candidates for admission to the Ph.D programme in Humanities and Social Science must have a Master's degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent.

Candidates for admission for Ph.D programme in MBA programme must satisfy the following criteria: I. Candidates for admission in Ph.D programme in MBA must have an MBA degree with a CGPA of at least 6.5 out of 10 or equivalent (60% of marks).

Selection Procedure: On subnission of online application the candidates fulfilling eligibility conditions will be short-listed. The shortlisted candidates will be required to report for interview (Written / Oral) to the concerned dcpartment. Selection will be made on the basis of performance of the candidates in the test / interview and availability of seats.

Scholarship Facility: Regular full-time scholars may be awarded scholarship / Assistantship as per MHRD Institute guidelines.
