An Online Interview for the engagement of a Junior Research Fellow (on contract basis) for a Research Project in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, NIT Calicut is scheduled to be held on 12.10.2021.
1. Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow
2. Duration of Engagement : One year (on contract basis) and extendable based on the performance of the candidate and availability of the project fund.
3. Name of the sponsoring Agency : Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Govt. of India.
4. Name of Project : "Non- invasive measurement and monitoring of pulmonary congestion"
5. Qualifications : M.Tech in signal Processing/RF/Electronics and Communication in closely related areas. OR B.E/B.Tech (Electronics and Communication) with first class (marks not below 60% or with CGPA not below 6.5). CSIR- UGC-NET/GATE score
6. Desirable Qualifications : M. Tech in signal processing with background in RF/M. Tech in RF with background in signal processing.
7. Desirable skills : Experience in signal processing software and RF software. Background in biomedical instrumentation.
8. Consolidated monthly pay : Rs. 31,000/- (Rupees thirty one thousand only) per month (consolidated) + 16% HRA per month (if applicable)
