Project Title : “Efficient Multi-dimensional Qubit Placement in Quantum Circuits”

Qualification : The candidate should have an M.Tech./M.Sc./M.S./ M.C.A or B.Tech./B.E. in Computer Science. A valid GATE score in Computer Science or NET qualification. A minimum of 60% marks in the highest qualifying examination. Proficiency in programing is essential.
Salary : Rs. 25000/month
Duration : Period of 2year and 8 months

About Company
The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Meghalaya is one among the thirty NITs in India established as an Institute of National Importance with full funding support from the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. The Institute started its journey as one of the youngest NITs of India in the year 2010 and the first batch of B. Tech students of NIT Meghalaya in the three disciplines of ECE, CSE and EEE will be graduating in June, 2014. At present the Institute has nine departments covering all the major engineering, science and humanities disciplines, offering B. Tech and Ph. D programmes. The M. Tech programme is being started from 2014. Other post graduate programmes like M. Sc and MBA shall also be started soon. At present the Institute is functioning from a temporary campus in Shillong, the capital city of Meghalaya.
