JobDescription:

Some of the key activities that you will be doing are

You will be responsible for sourcing potentialjobseekers to fulfill the hiring requirements of our corporate clients.

Understanding client requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client requirement

Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases,jobboards , head-hunting and networking

Engage candidates for strategically positioningjobopportunities and client organizations

Understanding candidates' profile to evaluate role fitment ( Screening & Shortlisting )

Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passivejobseekers

Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process

Contribute to other activities including market research & mapping , Post-offer-follow-up ,etc.


Experience:

Minimum experience of 0.6 months to 4 years in Recruitment.

Experience in recruitment in corporate or consulting firms preferred.


Skills Required:

Candidates with BPO hiring experience is preferable.

Knowledge of the Recruitment industry

Excellent ability to connect and interface with professionals

Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.

Highly energetic and motivated individual
