Job Description
1. Handling real-time chat support of the customers while taking into consideration the customers' level of understanding
2. Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to assist with precise information
3. Engaging proactively with customers to ensure smooth after-sales support
4. Resolving technical issues promptly using available resources within the company
5. Adapting to our technology to troubleshoot the issue using remote desktop connections like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.
6. Maintaining all the records of the customers and performing the database work daily
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 29th Mar'21 and 3rd May'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Must have the ability to multitask, set priorities and manage the time effectively
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 Lac/annum
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
