Job Description
1. Post Name: BDE-A (Trainee) Off Roll For 11 Months
2. Job Description:
a. Identification, orientation and growth of on lending bodies and their evolution towards sustainability.
b. Supervise and guide the groups formed.
c. Extensive field visit/door to door visit to see the effective utilization of loans.
d. Responsible for disbursement and repayment of loans from the borrowers and submission of regular reports to Reporting Head .
e. Collection of loan instalments at the center and issue of money receipt to the clients
f. Handhold and nurture the groups (both SHG/ JLG) developed by you for loan purposes so that they become convergent with financial literacy. You shall be responsible for looking after the welfare of around 1200 or more clients on an average. You shall also be responsible for instilling financial discipline amongst our clients so that loan recovery comes on time.
3. Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
4. Experience: Fresher's with good communication skill. Two Wheeler and License mandatory.

a. Implement sales, marketing and business development plan for branch as per guidelines
b. Implement growth strategies to generate sales across all liability products
c. Source deposit accounts at customer doorstep
d. Service deposit customers at doorstep
e. Source and service customers for fee products
f. Address customer queries, complaints and ensure timely resolution of the same
g. Manage and liaise with Business Correspondents associated to branch
h. Support the development of business prospects in the branch vicinity by scouting for avenues to expand advances portfolio qualitatively & quantitatively
i. Execute plans for growth for the Branch including customer relationship measures, campaigns and local advertising
3. Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
