Faculty/Laboratory Assistants job position in National Power Training Institute on contract basis
Faculty/03 Post
Qualification : To work in B.Tech (Power Engineering) as a faculty to deliver subjects of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering pertaining to the B.Tech. (Power Engineering) subjects. Mechanical: Applied Mechanics, Heat and Mass Transfer, Material Science, Theory of machines, Mechanical and Automation engineering, Machine Design, Mechanical Vibration, SOM & TOM, Thermodynamics, R&AC. Electrical : Power System, Electromagnetic Field theory, Control Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Instruments etc. Chemistry: Chemistry /Environmental studies. For details, refer to the GGSIP University syllabus. Faculty will also take classes in various other NPTI courses and conduct visits to Power Plant / industries. Essential Qualification: M.Tech/ M.E. in the field of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with about 1 year of teaching experience or B.Tech/B.E. with more than 4 years of teaching experience.
Salary: consolidated Rs.30,000/- per month.
Laboratory Assistants/03 Post
Qualification : To work in B.Tech (Power Engineering) as a laboratory demonstrator/ laboratory assistants of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering/ Chemistry labs pertaining to the B.Tech. (Power Engineering) in the subjects of Heat and Mass Transfer, Microprocessor, Theory of machines, IC Engines, Mechanical and Automation engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Thermodynamics, Power System, SOM &TOM, Control Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Instruments. Please refer to the GGSIP university syllabus for details of subjects. Essential Qualification: Diploma in the field of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 4 years of valid experience in similar subjects. ITI holders with more than 5 years of experience in Institutes/colleges may also be considered.
Salary: Rs.18,000/- per month.
Period of Contract: initially for a period 11 months, however the tenure of the contract may be extended based on the individual performance and requirements.
