Job Description

Minimum Experience: 5+ years in MT

Type: Office and Home Based Salary: 27-35k Fixed/Month + Variables (8-12K/Month) + Incentives + Night Shift Allowances 250-300 rupees/ Night + PF + Medical Insurance + 5 days working

To possess a very high “First Time Right” percentage (upwards of 90% of the work processed) consistently.
To possess a very high-Quality Accuracy level on every job processed consistently (greater than 99.50% Average Accuracy on any job processed).
To maintain a thorough and updated information with respect to client profile, references, and author specific instructions.
To maintain a thorough and updated understanding with respect to the roles and responsibilities of an Operations Excellence Team member and to ensure strict adherence to the same.
To adhere to the schedule provided by TL to achieve account-level SLA.
To diligently adhere to standard quality assurance rules to ensure client satisfaction and quality output.
To ensure all jobs picked are returned within turnaround time.
To review correction reports on a daily basis to ensure learning from errors made.
To support/assist team members as buddies.
To achieve quality target of 99.70% while maintaining the error indices under 2% Critical Error Index, 12% Major Error Index, and 23% Minor Error Index.
To deliver 70 minutes* (700 lines*) of non-ASR or 140 minutes volume* of ASR (1400* lines) per scheduled working day. (*Subject to change w.r.t. updated productivity gauges)
