Job Description
The eligible candidate for MT should fulfil the following criteria,
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably science background/medical coding/medical billing/paramedical staff).
- Good listening and typing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Should have undergone MT training.
- Should possess minimum one year experience (US/UK clients) in processing live files in medical transcription.
- Should be able to deliver at 70% accuracy on induction. The candidate should be able to absorb on the job training once inducted and grow into full-fledged medical transcriptionist delivering at 80% accuracy.
- Should be able to listen and transcribe approximately 300 lines as a minimum on joining.
- Should be flexible to work in any shifts offered.
- Should be regular in attendance and punctual to work.
Editor should possess the same skill sets as above but they will carry higher years of experience.
