To familiarize with all existing sops and manuals regarding patient care and procedures and make the necessary entries in the ward registers, patient documents and ward computer as per duties assigned to them.
SoPs regarding checklists and manuals must be read everyday till all are memorized and being followed correctly.
All nursing staff are required to be polite and courteous to each other and to other staff and speak softly at all times. Loud talk and loud laughter is to be avoided at all times while in the hospital premises.
Policies and responsibilities regarding care of patients, admission and discharge policy, and nursing manual are to be followed meticulously.
