Job Description
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- The minimum educational requirements shall be the passing of (B.Sc.,)Nursing/Post Basic (B.sc) Nursing with minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
Major Duties & Responsibilities for a Nursing Coordinator
- Previous leadership experience with excellent clinical skills.
- Minimum 2 +years work experience in B.Sc. Nursing.
- Maintain organization by recruiting and training the Nurse and CNA / ANMs.
- Critical thinking, Problem solving, Conflict resolution, Strong communication skills are essential.
- Co-ordinates the daily operations of the Healthcare.
- Develops nursing care policies & Protocols.
- Prepare budgets and monitors account.
- Performs preliminary examination and assesses patient condition.Applies appropriate emergency measures.
- Maintain inventory.Recommends & purchases equipment & supplies.
- Maintains records & files.Processes documents related to activities of the Healthcare unit.
- Maintain equipments & performs minor repairs, arrange for servicing.
- Reporting to high-level staff members.
- Basic computer skills are needed.
- Interacting with doctors, patients and family members.
- Flexible to travel to all clients house twice a week and in-between during the case of emergency.
- The candidate should be a Registered in Indian Nursing Council.
- Organizes & participates in campaigns, work group & activities related to illness prevention & health .
