Job Description
Responsible for Teaching both theoretical as well as bed side
2. Training of staff in patient care areas and day to day procedures
3. Educating patients / attendants regarding personnel hygiene, and sanitation
4. Supervise and during rounds in the hospital ensures that staff carry out proper procedures in collecting handling and transporting all patients samples., proper filling of the requisition forms, and making appropriate entry in the case sheets
5. Responsible for implementation of infection control and waste disposal policy as per the guidelines
6. Responsible for conducting nurse's written tests and checking answer sheets and forwarding the scores to the HR Department every week
7. Education on Nursing procedure on the floors, clinical rounds and bedside teachings.
