Job Description
Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the post of Nursing Informatic on contract basis under the Government of Chhattisgarh in project titled “TORENT-TelementoringfOR Rural hEalthorgaNisers of chhaTtisgarh” under Dr. Naveen Kumar C, Professor of psychiatry & P.I.
1. Name of the Post: Nursing Informatics
2. No. of Post: 02 (Two).
3. Salary: Rs.30,000/- per month (consolidated)
4. Essential Qualification:
a. BSc Nursing from a recognized university
b. Being well versed in Hindi language (reading, writing & typing)
5. Preferred Qualification:
a. Training from institute of reputes
b. Experience in Mental Health Services.
c. Proof of proficiency in presentations, clinical case discussions, publications, pedagogy, communication skills
d. Proficiency in the use Microsoft word, ppts, videos, google drive, learning video software, learning blog etc. (pedagogical skills)
e. Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to participate effectively as a team member.
6. Position Involves : Tele-mentoring and training: case demonstrations, Conducting and developing training, IEC charts, booklets for training rural health organisers of Chhattisgarh to develop a strong referral chain. Collaborative Tele-consultations: Evaluate and see patient through videoconference between 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM daily, telephonic support 24*7, Develop counselling tools. Plan and collect outcome data. Doing periodic assessments and site visits for onsite training
7. Work location: NIMHANS, Bengaluru, Karnataka
8. Duration of Project: 12 months. (Initial appointment will be done for 6 months and will be extended based on the performance)
