National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) invites application for the position Nursing Informatics
Project entitled “A DigitallyDriven Modular-based one-year Diploma in Primary Care Psychiatry program for actively practicing MBBS Doctors of Bihar”
No. of Post: 1(One)
Preferred Qualification: M.Sc. Psychiatric Nursing from a recognized University
Desirable Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing with 02 years of experience working in a psychiatric setup or research experience in psychiatry
Skills & requirements:
a. Training from institute of reputes
b. Proof of proficiency in presentations, clinical cases discussions, publications, pedagogy, communication skills
c. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PPTs, videos, Google Drive, learning video software, learning blog, etc. (Pedagogical skills)
d. Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to participate effectively as a team member
e. Research publications in indexed journals
f. Should know Hindi Language (both reading & writing
Salary (subject to the qualification): M.Sc. Nursing: Rs.40,000/- (consolidated) per month. B.Sc. Nursing with 02 years Psychiatric Research/Clinical experience: Rs.34,000/- (consolidated) per month.
Position involves:
a. Tele-mentoring and training of Nurses: taking case discussions, case demonstrations, conducting & developing training materials, IEC charts, collaborating with other team members.
b. Collaborative tele consultations: Evaluate and see patient through video-conference between 09:30am to 4:30pm daily and liaising with the Doctors/Psychiatrists telephonic support 24x7. Develop counselling tools.
c. Plan and collect outcome data
d. Doing periodic assessments and site visits for onsite training
Duration of the project: 01 year
Duration of the employment: Initial appointment will be for period of 06 months, which will be extendable depending upon the performance of the candidate.
Age Limit: Maximum Age limit 35 years for M.Sc. Nursing, 32 years for B.Sc. Nursing
