As MS Exchange/O365 Administration Professional, you are responsible for installation, implementation of MS Exchange/O365 servers.If you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative workplace, IBM provides an environment where you will be challenged and inspired every single day. What will you do
- Manage different exchange versions Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016/Exchange Online/Office365
- Design and implemen large scale Active Directory environments
- Provide day to day on-call administration support in a Microsoft exchange environment along with supporting assigned systems and installing applications
- Manage the development and implementation new services and testing of assigned servers
- Maintain the production schedules, software and hardware diagnostics

- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in MS Exchange 2010, 2013
- Expert in Windows Active Directory, Expert in Exchange Server, Office365, and PowerShell.
- Experience with Power shell commands, DAG and clusters
- Ability to fix with logs and event viewer
- Validated knowledge in managing DAG replication network and resolve Exchange server database
- Demonstrated ability in Recover Exchange server and Configure and manage Exchange client connectivity
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
- Experience in Users/Shared mailbox migration from exchange 2013 to Office 365
- Self-motivated to identify and correct operational issues
- You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
