Job Description
Position: Additional General Manager (Finance)
1. Qualification: The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree and has passed the Final Examination of the ICAI/ICWA with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution of repute. Candidates having First Class Career throughout of the academics and having Higher qualifications in relevant field will be preferred.
2. Experience:
(i) Should have minimum 20 yrs. of post qualification work experience in Central / State PSU or leading private organizations in Finance department out of which minimum 2 years should be in leadership position or two rank below. He should have managerial experience at a senior level in Corporate Financial Management and accounts including Cost of Budgetary Control Institutional Finance, working Capital Management etc. in an Organization of repute. Exposure to ERP/SAP based Finance/ Accounting System is desirable.
(ii) Preference will be given for Coal mining and/or Power Sector experience.
3. Scale of Pay: Rs.1,23,100/- to Rs. 2,15,900/-
Position: Additional General Manager (Mines)
1. Qualification: The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree/Engineering Degree, in Mining with First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of coal. Candidates having First Class Career throughout of the academics and having Higher qualifications in relevant field will be preferred.
2. Experience: Should have minimum 20 yrs. of post qualification work experience in Central / State PSU or leading private organizations in Coal mining business out of which minimum 2 years should be in leadership position in Coal Mines or two ranks below and must have worked for at least 10 years in middle management level role in coal mines like, Mine Agent/Mine Manager/Asst. Manager or any other Statutory Positions. Must have the knowledge of Coal Mine Planning & Scheduling, Coal Mine Project implementation, Operation & Maintenance of large Opencast Coal Mine & Mine economics.
3. Scale of Pay: Rs.1,23,100/- to Rs. 2,15,900/
