Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent with First Class Coal Manager’s certificate of competency. (Candidates with First Class Career throughout shall be given preference). Should have more than 05 (Five) years post qualification work experience in Open Cast Coal Mine in the following areas: Coal production, Coal face design, Survey of coal face
Production reporting of mine, Preparation of track site KPIs and evaluate opportunities for improvement .Mine design and mine planning. Thorough knowledge in DGMS safety norms applicable for opencast Coal mines Must possess strong presentation and verbal skills. Able to communicate ideas and recommendations in both written and verbal forms across all levels of the organization in a clear manner
Assistant Manager (Mining)
Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent with Second Class Coal manager’s certificate of competency. (Candidates with First Class Career throughout and First class Coal Managers certificate of competency shall be given preference. SC Candidates with Second Division Career or above will be preferred). Should have more than 02 (Two) years post qualification work experience in Open Cast Coal Mine in the following areas: Work experience as per CMR 2017 for safety of the men & machineries
Planning and operation of Shift by deployment of manpower & machine for achieving the production target & quality requirement Knowledge on regulatory/ statutory requirements applicable for Opencast Coal mines Knowledge on design and layouts of all mine development and services for the Opencast mining
