Job Description
- Work Schedule: Mon to Sat, 10 AM to 6 PM
- Nearest Metro Station: New Delhi & Chawri Bazaar
- Basic knowledge of computer MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) & fluency in English is a must.
- Candidates with a science background will be preferred.
- Must be a graduate, confident, smart with a pleasing personality.
Includes but not limited to:
- Prepare Price Quotations.
- Follow-up with customers on Payment, Dispatch Details.
- Follow-up with principals on Dispatch Details followed by follow up with Transporter on whereabouts of the material.
- Maintain Stock Register.
- Receive & Maintain Incoming & Outgoing Couriers.
- Proper filing of documents.
- Maintain office stationery.
- Bank dealing such as Sending Cheques, writing letters to the bank etc.
- Maintain the decorum & cleanliness in the office.
- Handling Phone calls.
- A junior office boy will be assigned for all the field work.
