- We are looking for office executive who is good in communication, energetic, quick learner and completes work with limited supervision.
- Duties
- Interacting with the visitors & Handling couriers
- Handle Front office day to day tasks
- Coordinate with HR/Consultant for Interview Schedule on daily basis.
- Employee on-boarding, attendance management, Salary calculation, Payroll – statutory compliance and send reports to management
- Looking after day-to-day general office management
- Maintain filing systems, maintain necessary Bills, Book keeping etc.
- Preparing expense vouchers for petty cash expenses
- Filing and Entering invoice details in Tally/Excel, Notify Renewal of AMCs
- Stationery management, Office supplies, vendor payments
- Supervision of day-to-day functioning of Housekeeping and Pantry
- Travel planning and booking for executives & employees
- All other office admin and data entry work.
