- Monitoring Raw material Purchases.
- Coordinating with the Suppliers.
- Monitoring Dispatch Team & the Billing Team.
- Monitoring Office Expenses & Budget Requirements & discussing with the Office Head.
- Coordinating with our Shipping Partners.
- Taking care of Outdoor activities & communicating with relevant agencies.
- Managing Official Mails by answering & sorting relevant mails.
- Planning & Organising Weekly Team Meets
