- Job Summary:The position and its role within the company.
- MAY FLOWER BOUTIQUE is an upcoming clothing fashion boutique store which is also going to operate as an online fashion clothing line.
- We are looking out for an Office Admin to take care of the administrative role whereby they will have to,
- Be sharp at receiving and precisely adhering to the commands given and executing them professionally.
- Be punctual to work, discipline and efficiently carry out work given to them with in the working hours.
- Outline of the functions a person in this position will perform on a regular basis.
- Keep account of clothing stock delivered by vendors.
- Make Entries on an excel sheets of every individual item received.
- Organizing the stock received and punching the boutique tag as soon as the stocks are received making entries.
- Numbering the items as per codes (Will be personally informed how and what).
- Making reports date wise on excel sheets for future references.
- Mailing every day's Report as to what happened the entire day as in what stocks were received, what were sold, with rates etc..,
- Maintaining our Social media accounts and posting content on approval basis. (As instructed).
- This may include education, previous job experience, certifications and technical skills.
- Language for Communication – Tamil and English.(fluently known).
- 12th pass with any degree ,computer knowledge to work with Microsoft word, Excel & PPT also managing social media accounts.
- Age limit 19-25 .
- 8 hours of work per day
