- Managing the Reception and handling all calls/visitors/ candidates.
- Make calls wherever required and guided by reporting manager
- Meetings & Appointment Management
- Receiving and distributing mail/courier.
- Handling routine vendors
- Handling the maintaining stationery & Assets, rent, electricity, water, tea, security etc.
- Maintaining daily attendance reports and Monthly Salary Reports.
- Supporting HR functions for Web Postings, External Consultancies and coordinating
- support staff for the smooth functioning of office
- Coordination with other Teams and Departments.
