  • Managing the Reception and handling all calls/visitors/ candidates.
  • Make calls wherever required and guided by reporting manager
  • Meetings & Appointment Management
  • Receiving and distributing mail/courier.
  • Handling routine vendors
  • Handling the maintaining stationery & Assets, rent, electricity, water, tea, security etc.
  • Maintaining daily attendance reports and Monthly Salary Reports.
  • Supporting HR functions for Web Postings, External Consultancies and coordinating
  • support staff for the smooth functioning of office
  • Coordination with other Teams and Departments.
