About MADUR SALES
We, Madhur Sales are operating in the area of aviation, military & tactical gears, office automation equipment, electronic goods. Our area of business is trading, retail, installation, import, distribution, sale of office automation equipment, electronic goods.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Listing product and services and creating a catalogue
2. Participating in bids before its end date with required documents and waiting for technical and commercial evaluation
3. Submitting order acceptance along with all required documents
4. Managing 'My Account' which includes ITR, bank reconciliation, Aadhaar, PAN, office billing and delivery address, GSTIN, etc.
5. Checking if there are any notifications in the portal which is related to the company and submitting on time if needed
6. Managing reverse auctions (RA) to come up with a cost structure to finish the project (if the bidder is an approved contractor)
7. Arranging and submitting advance BG for the projects
8. Searching tenders online on GeM daily and identifying which contract may be in the interest of the company
9. Preparing the proposals by creating, analyzing, pricing, and quoting based on customer requirements with the help of sales, technical/product teams
10. Studying and verifying all required documentation in line with specifications before submitting the tenders
11. Maintaining daily reports to share with the director on the running tenders and fresh tender
12. Preparing offline tender documentation and commercial offer which comes through mails or calls and submitting it before the deadline
13. Submitting the tender documents (general/commercial) through emails and in-person to relevant customers
14. Ensuring delivery
