Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customers directly by answering phone calls and emails. They need to think quickly and creatively in these interactions to provide a good brand image and great customer service.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing, proposals/Agreements
  • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
  • Provide administrative support for the operations team

Requirements and skills:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Note: Only Female candidates are preferred.
