Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate office
activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company
policies
- Manage correspondence
(e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and
databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office
supplies and place orders when necessary
- Drafts,
formats, and prints relevant documents
- Handles
expenses and billing cycles
- Female candidate is
preferable
- Outstanding communication and
interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle
confidential information
- Familiarity with office
management procedures and basic accounting principles including proficiency in
MS office programs
- Familiar with Kannada & Hindi languages
