  • We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. 
  • They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
  • The tasks of the office administrator will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants.
  •  The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
  • They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
  • The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

  • Good English & Basic Accounting Knowledge
Responsibilities :
  • Presentable with good communication skills 
  • Ensure that the Office is maintained in a neat and clean manner and monitor Housekeeping activities.
  • To monitor all monetary transactions and maintaining of petty cash / issuing and reconciliation.
  • To ensure that the attendance and In time / Leaves are in place as per the policy.
  • To ensure that all bills like Electricity, Water, Maintenance charges and all other office basic amenities are taken care of.
  • Timely stock of office stationery to be kept at all times in the office.
  • Asset list and inventory are a must. 
  • Monitoring of the Security department and facilities like the Generator / Electricity / Photocopier machine / Laptops / Computers / Printers all to be in working conditions and also maintain a working relationship with the Service Team for the above.
  • Maintain a close relation with the Government department for liaison for any Licenses or renewal of existing license if needed.
  • Assisting the Accounts Manager to help him in maintaining vouchers, Account, Reconciliation and going to Banks for depositing cash / cheques / making of Demand drafts etc.
