Job Description: Personal Assistant / Office Assistant / Executive Assistant

Assistant must be able to work independently without heavy monitoring from management.
Assistant will be expected to communicate with the manager through email on an everyday basis.
Position involves creating documents through Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, and Excel.
Assistant will complete research for different topics.
Assistant may receive a variety of tasks to complete on a weekly basis.
Mandatory Skill requirements: Must be fluent in English language.
Must have SUPERIOR knowledge and skill level with Microsoft Excel.
Must have Intermediate to advanced knowledge and skill level with Microsoft word.
Must have daily and consistent access to a working computer, the internet, and email.
Computer must have up-to-date Anti-Virus software installed.
Anti-virus software must be run on computer weekly.
Mandatory Education requirements: at least a two year college degree.
Will accept a High School diploma with four posts high school clerical experience.
Additional requirement: Applicant must sign a non-disclosure agreement, confidentiality agreement, and a non-compete agreement.
Applicant must work from home as my company will not provide an office space.
Applicant must have home access to Gmail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access 2016, and OneNote 2016.
Computer must have up-to-date Anti-Virus software installed.
Anti-virus software must be run on computer weekly.
