Accounting

  • Management of accounts on ZOHO/Tally portal
  • Data entry of expenses, purchase etc.
  • Segregation of different type of bills
  • Creation of purchase orders, delivery challan etc.
  • Inventory management
  • Entry of raw material, work in progress inventory, final goods inventory in portal
Back office operations
  • Visiting bank for demand draft, cheque or any other bank related work
  • Creating and updating records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Taking printouts, Xerox etc.
