Job Description
- Responsible and focus completely on Administration and day to day support activities.
- Responsible for daily office maintenance, building maintenance and upkeep.
- Manage and maintain the files that has been followed in the organization.
- Interact with Finance dept. of GIPS for all finance and admin related matters for smooth functioning of company’s business.
- Vendor Management, Bills Payment, Invoices and Office Petty cash management.
- Receiving, updating and sending couriers.
- Front Office maintenance and attending phone calls.
- Maintaining records of the Vehicles timely by paying the insurance and getting the service of vehicles done.
- The task of inputting and managing the data that is stored within the organization's office system.
- Handling other day to day tasks, duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by the Board of Directors of the company or any person authorized by the company.
- 1-2 years of experience preferred.
