Job Description
- Experience- Any Graduate with 0 – 6 months of experience. Freshers are welcome.
- Good MS office Knowledge is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Brilliant presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills

- A cheerful disposition and can do attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on telephone, answering and referring inquiries
- Attendance log maintenance
- Assisting the HR and the Management with scheduling and co-ordinating Interviews, setting up team/ individual meetings
- Keeping track of technology assets of the company (Laptops) etc.
- Maintaining office filing and storage systems
- Supervision of day-to-day functioning of Housekeeping and Pantry
- Stationery management and Courier management
- Logistics and accommodation for client visits
- Help support the team in preparing basic presentations, email writing etc.
