Job Description

  • The company requires a candidate for office assistant, 
  • For Basic documentation preparation for Export and Import related profile.
  • Submitting reports to higher rank managers relating to communciations made relating to such profile and shipments.
  • Maintain prompt and timely communication with 3 rd parties relating to shipments.
  • Communcition required via email or phone as deemed necessary.
  • Operation of Customasied company software for documentation preparation and posting of export data.

Qualifications:

  • Age:Maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2018
  • Education Qualification :Under Graduation (Any UG Course)
Technical Qualification 
  • PREFERABLE Higher Examination Pass in Shorthand
  • PREFERABLE Higher Examination Pass in Typewriting
  • COMPULSORY Proficiency in operation of computer MS office-Word,
  • Excel, Power Point etc
  • High proficiency in English
  • Experience:PREFERABLE experience as OFFICE ASSISTANT
