  • Taking dictations in short-hand
  • Organizing File Management System.
  • Providing secretarial support to management
  • Digitalizing filing system
  • Maintaining inward & outward register correspondence.
  • Maintaining Office filing & storage systems in an organised manner.
  • Creating, Maintaining and Updating electronic records of files.
  • Updating and maintaining databases such as mailing list, Contact lists, client list, brokers list, invitee list, internal staff list, etc.
  • Typing and/ or drafting documents, reports, and correspondences.
  • Ensuring office equipment’s are properly maintained and serviced
  • Performing outdoor errands such as delivering/procuring of documents, going to the bank, etc.
  • Making presentations, creating spreadsheets, typing word documents.
  • Informing administration Head of the needed supplies, and stocking and distributing the same.
  • Making Photocopies, sending faxes/emails/ letters/couriers, scanning documents, and shredding documents.
  • Maintaining a hygienic, clean and enjoyable working environment and office premises.
  • Retrieving information when required.
  • Handling external or internal communication and management systems.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming & outgoing correspondences and making note of the same.
  • Conducting tasks of another employee in times of need.
  • Provide feedback to the company to continuously improve
  • Other work as directed by the AD and MD.
Skill and knowledge:
  • Excellent communication skills written and oral in English,Hinfi & Marathi.
  •  Able to provide clerical support
  • Skilled in keeping business records
  • Always ready to work with management
  • Able to follow instructions
  • Capable of performing research related to office work
  • Good organizational knowledge
  • Able to understand legal procedures
  • Sufficient computer knowledge with Emails and the Internet
  • An effective communicator with good presentation skills; strong analytical, problem solving and organizational ability.
Computer skills required:
  • MS – Office (word, power-point, and excel)
  • MS-CIT
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • MS-outlook
  • Internet
