- Attend phone calls & Do Email Correspondence
- Maintain Books of accounts on Tally ERP and CRM
- Follow-up for customer's inquiry
- Prepare weekly report
- Good knowledge of Word / Excel / PPT
- Good Communication (Hindi / English)
- Proactive approach
- Good Typing and correspondence skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Accept ownership of the work
