Job Description:-
1. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, invoice etc.)
2. Client Handling
3. Transfer client call to the right person
4. Coordination with staff
5. Follow up with vendors.
6. Handling vendors payments.
7. Record keeping of bills processed.
8. Making bill’s entry in our software
9. Should have knowledge of MS Word , Excel
10. Good communication skills
