Responsibilities and Duties
The back office executive can be found behind the scenes at any organization. They provide management support of all types and help to simplify front office production, which could be called the face of the company. The front office is where staff engages in public contact, meetings, interviews, communications, etc. But their production would be stunted without the back office executive.
