Job Description
- Organizing and maintaining electronic machine.
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
- Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employee
- Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
- Banking work (cheque deposit etc),
- Document collection from client or vendor
- Packing raw material and dispatch in courier
- Cleaning Office ( Desk ,computers, Mirrors ,Doors etc)
- Serving tea ,coffee beverages to staff and visitors
- Maintaining inventory and stock room.
