Roles and Responsibilities

Attends visiting customers
Attends the phone calls and maintain call log
Supporting Admin in charge for asset management and utility maintenance
Greets the walk in customers and help them to resolve their queries and requirements
Collects the documents and distribute to concerned person
Sending documents to customer and other correspondence to concerned people through hand delivery or courier
Maintain the call log book
Coordinate with courier companies for dispatch of material / documents
Maintain the inward log book for courier, printing material and hand over to concerned department/ person
Keeps the office inventory and stocks such as stationery material, company visiting cards, templates, leaflets
Coordinates with various maintenance agency for office equipment such as printers, computers, AC, other office equipment
Maintains the ambience of office and keep it presentable
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries (Optional)
Maintain office security such as security log book, attendance log book
Arranging for transportation for material dispatches.
Acceptance to new roles as and when required by company.
