Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and serves lunch, tea, water and other snacks to staff members as per their requirements.
- Assists in menial office tasks required by the office staff; like photocopying & scanning documents, delivering files and documents to other staff members, dispatching documents, etc.
- Prepares tea and coffee for staff members.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the office kitchen.
- Maintaining and devising office systems, including filing, data management etc.
- Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
- Housekeeping - All types of Cleaning activities
- Outside work
- Incoming calls handling
- Inventory management
- Maintenance &Repairs
- Delivery & Collection
- Housekeeping and Pantry Maintenance
- Store Keeping
- Must have two wheeler and license
