Job Description

  • Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems.
  • Prepare sheets on Excel.
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
  • Maintain the stock levels for office and break room supplies and submit purchase requests to management when necessary.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Prepare correspondence and documents.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
  • Coordinate and plan company social events that take place during and after business hours.
  • Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering & schedule appointments.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment.
  • Manages documentation, including contracts, and sickness documentation.
