Job Description
- Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems.
- Prepare sheets on Excel.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- Maintain the stock levels for office and break room supplies and submit purchase requests to management when necessary.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Prepare correspondence and documents.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
- Coordinate and plan company social events that take place during and after business hours.
- Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering & schedule appointments.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment.
- Manages documentation, including contracts, and sickness documentation.
