A leading Export Company in West Delhi dealing in Metal Packaging for Food and Beverage Industries requires 'Office Coordinator / Admin Executive’. Female candidates required with good English, communication skills, computer proficiency, pleasing personality, positive attitude and team spirit.
Job Description:
1. Managing office coordination work with intelligent and efficient actions.2. Attending phone calls and replying with clarity in smooth manner/directing to other departments. 3. Email Support to customers, service providers and various office departments.4. Maintain data in Excel, maintain files and records with effective filing systems.5. Managing Couriers, sending samples to customers and maintain records in Excel to ensure timely delivery.6. Taking responsibilities of coordination requirement related to various divisions of office and fulfill them efficiently and promptly.
Requirements:
1, Any Post graduate/Graduate with experience in office coordination. Fresh Graduates with regular college and good academic records can also apply.2. Candidate must have pleasing personality. Female candidate required. 3. Should be excellent in Microsoft Excel, Word & power point. Excellent communication skills and good English.4. Highly organized and good administration ability5. Hard working, self-motivated, honest and dedicated
Experience: 0-5 years; Salary: INR 1,75,000 – 2,75,000 Per Annum depending on qualification and experience
