Job Summary

Work directly with the senior management and responsible for handling International inquiries .

coordination with Head Office.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Good Knowledge of Ms-Excel, Ms-Word
  • Maintaining files and records with MS Office and other tools
  • Supporting other team with various tasks ( Visa and documentation,redirecting calls, scheduling meetings etc.)
  • Attend walk in tourist
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office Contact
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system.
  • Responsible to handle the telephone enquiries
  • Deal with Tourist complaints or issues
  • Managing mails and answer to them
  • Monitor office supplies inventory
  • Handle all the other responsibilities related to the job.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
  • Experience in customer service will be a plus
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
  • knowledge of MS Office, “back-office”
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
