Job Description
Job Summary
Work directly with the senior management and responsible for handling International inquiries .
coordination with Head Office.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Good Knowledge of Ms-Excel, Ms-Word
- Maintaining files and records with MS Office and other tools
- Supporting other team with various tasks ( Visa and documentation,redirecting calls, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Attend walk in tourist
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office Contact
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system.
- Responsible to handle the telephone enquiries
- Deal with Tourist complaints or issues
- Managing mails and answer to them
- Monitor office supplies inventory
- Handle all the other responsibilities related to the job.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
- Experience in customer service will be a plus
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
- knowledge of MS Office, “back-office”
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
