Job Description
The role would involve being the local point of contact for and following all instructions of an NRI based in the UK who has family in India and has a substantial investment portfolio invested in Indian stocks and bonds. The day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Banking and investing help
- maintaining up to date records of various bank accounts
- doing operational admin relating to investing; following orders
Day to day concierge services
- booking travel
- finding right providers for various needs
- managing property portfolio
- office help for family member (sister)'s homeopathic clinic

maintaining relationships- sending cards/gifts/msges to friends/families on
birthdays/life events
Emergency help
- rushing home to help elderly family in case of any medical emergency to manage things until the NRI flies to India
Helping NRI remotely for UK based work
Concierge
- Travel planning
- Finding best providers/ products for our needs as they arise
- Making bookings
- Maintaining relationships- sending cards/gifts/msges to friends/families on birthdays/life events
Social media mgmt
- maintaining photo portfolios on Smugmug/ FB etc
- Photo editing and post processing
